The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. We decided to extend our stay another night and had difficulty doing so through Booking.com. The reception staff kindly matched the Booking.com rate to secure our room another night. The on-site restaurant offers a very complete breakfast menu. Pool area is enclosed and heated and is open until 10pm. Bonus detail was the warm cookie and bottle of water offered at check-in. Walking distance to the shops, eateries and cafes of historic downtown Neenah.

Perfect location for what we were doing which was Octoberfest. Staff were inviting and cordial. Facilities are in great condition. So close to great little places in the area. When we go to Neenah we will stay here again

We didn’t eat at the hotel this stay. Maybe next year. The pool area was nice. The kids really liked it.

The hotel was within walking distance of downtown Neenah. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and a brewery. Property was clean and the front desk staff was great!
